📦 Return and cancellation policy at Lipéa

1. Return policy

  • The package must be returned sealed, unopened and in its original packaging .
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date .
  • Please send the package with a tracking number , as lost packages cannot be processed.
  • Please include your name and order number with your return.

The following are not refundable:

  • Packages that have been opened or used.
  • Packages that were lost during transport.
  • Packages that are returned in poor condition due to inadequate packaging and are therefore unusable.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. How to return your order

  1. Please check our return policy to ensure your order is eligible for a return.
  2. Please contact customer service at support@lipéa.de once the return criteria have been met.
  3. Our customer support team will review your return request. Once approved, you can return your order.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following cancellation policy.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason . The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email).

Important: Do not return the goods without our prior consent , as we will be unable to process them for logistical reasons and therefore unable to issue a refund.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery option). Refunds will be issued immediately and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

We may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after your cancellation . The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

Notes:

  • You bear the costs of the return shipment .
  • You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond examining their nature, characteristics and function.
